These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Eigenweg, operated under the personal legal entity of Amaan Faizal (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website, mobile interface, product catalog, and associated e-commerce services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

To access certain features, including order history, saved addresses, wishlist synchronization, and expedited checkout, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account profile and delivery addresses.
• Safeguard your password and refrain from disclosing credentials to any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your user account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it for any valid reason (e.g., unavailability of stock, verification of payment, or suspicion of fraud).

Pricing & Accuracy: All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) or your local detected currency unless otherwise specified, and are inclusive of applicable GST/sales tax unless indicated. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment Methods: We accept authorized credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and verified digital wallets through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. You warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

Dispatch & Delivery: Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier schedules, severe weather, or high-volume launch periods.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation: Once your package is dispatched, tracking details are sent via email/SMS. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the logistics carrier.

• Domestic Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days across serviceable pin codes.
• Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses. Additional re-delivery charges may apply for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• Damaged in Transit: If a package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged, please take photos immediately and notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt.

We stand firmly behind the quality, construction, and performance of every Eigenweg garment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our return guidelines:

Refund Timeline: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our athletic wear as accurately as possible. However, because display settings and color rendering vary across screens and mobile monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be completely true-to-life.

All measurements and sizing charts are provided as accurate guidelines. Minor manufacturing tolerances (typically within +/- 0.5 inches) are standard in technical sportswear manufacturing and do not constitute a product defect.

All content included on this Platform — including text, logos, graphics, icons, images, typography, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, garment designs, and software — is the exclusive property of EIGENWEG or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property, trademark, and copyright laws.

The “EIGENWEG” name, logo, monogram, and related trade dress may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without prior written consent from us.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could impair, overburden, or compromise our servers, security, or networks. Specifically prohibited actions include:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, or software to extract data or bulk purchase limited-drop inventory.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach system vulnerabilities or security authentication.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or purchasing with unauthorized payment credentials.
• Impersonating any individual, athlete, employee, or corporate affiliate.
• Reselling Eigenweg products for commercial distribution without authorized distributor agreements.

The Platform and all products and services delivered to you are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular athletic purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In no event shall Eigenweg, its directors, officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or products purchased, including lost profits or business interruption.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including validity, interpretation, or breach, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India. Both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution in good faith prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at our discretion by posting updates directly to this page. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document indicates when the latest modifications occurred.

Your continued use of or access to our Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes binding acceptance of those changes.
